Supporting Higher Learning and Future Leaders

Ngātiwai te Iwi

Te Au Here o Tūkaiāia is the education arm of the Ngātiwai Trust Board. Through our Private Training Establishment (PTE), we deliver education and training that reflect the needs and aspirations of our iwi.

For us, education is more than classrooms and qualifications – it is about whakapapa, identity, and the confidence to stand tall as Ngātiwai. Our goal is to ensure our people gain the skills, knowledge, and qualifications to thrive, while staying firmly connected to who we are.

We work alongside whānau, marae, schools, tertiary providers, and other organisations to create programmes and services that are relevant, high-quality, and culturally grounded.
