- Sponsorship Applications: – 4 sponsorship applications for Te Atiwei Ririnui, Te Arani Bennett, Ngātiwai U16 Basketball and Waikamania Seve were approved by the Board.
- Taitokerau Miere Limited: – Gary Reti was confirmed as the Ngātiwai Trust Board Representative and Director for Taitokerau Miere.
- Te Aho Tū Roa: – The Board supports the Te Aho Tū Toa Māori Development Programme presented by Joeanne Murray, Kawiti Waetford and TeKaurinui Parata which focusses on engaging and connecting rangatahi through matauranga Māori.
- Trustee Honorarium Policy: – The Board is undertaking a review of its Honorarium Policy and Trustee roles and responsibilities.
