- Aotea Secondary School Support: – That the Board provide a financial assistance programme to support whānau on Aotea who have children attending secondary school on the mainland.
- Dark Sky’s and Matariki Celebration: – Motairehe marae were provided with a koha to assist with the Dark Sky’s launch and the Matariki celebration on 22nd June 2019.
- Hundertwasser Art Centre Management Board: – The Board resolved that a Trustee of the Ngātiwai Trust Board is appointed to the Hundertwasser Art Centre Management Board.
- Sponsorship Applications: – A sponsorship grant of $500 was awarded to the following NTB members, Bernadette Berghan, Brie Ellen Harding, Amoho Karetai Mahanga, Sean Cooper, Te Rina Hauraki and Hiriwa Johnson.
