EXTENSION OF VOTING PERIOD
As a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic and associated government restrictions, the Returning Officer, in consultation with the Ngātiwai Trust Board, has agreed to extend the voting period.
The voting period for the election of one (1) Trustee for the Ngunguru Marae will be extended to now close at 5pm on Wednesday 13 May 2020 (previously 5pm, Wednesday 29 April 2020).

Special votes are available to eligible voters who have lost, damaged or not received their ordinary voting papers and can be requested by phoning 0800 922 822.

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
A Special General Meeting will now be held on Thursday 14 May 2020 (previously Thursday 30 April 2020), commencing at 9.00am to announce the result of the Ngunguru Marae Trustee election, and for confirmation of Trustee. In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the location will be advised at a later date.
